Welcome to Lennox Distilling.

Lennox Distilling began with a passion for making wine and a curiosity about how different flavors develop over time. As I learned more about the craft, that passion naturally grew into distilling and exploring the art of creating unique spirits.

One of the things I enjoy most is the process itself—experimenting with recipes, working with natural ingredients, and discovering how aging can bring out incredible character in each batch. Along the way, my love of beekeeping became part of the journey as well. Working with the hives has created a greater respect and bond with nature and how the flavors that nature provides can create distinctive spirits.

Everything at Lennox Distilling is handcrafted with patience, curiosity, and a genuine love for the craft. Whether it's a bottle of wine, a barrel-aged spirit, or one of our honey-infused creations, my goal has always been to create something I'm proud to share with others and something you'll enjoy with family and friends.
